Excellent. From the person who answered my call and understood my problems to the Tech Support, person named Brian who was very polite and professional, as well. Brian called me back after fixing several problems and was patient in answering any questions I had. I've used US Global Tech twice and both times was very happy with the experience. I highly recommend them.

I'm not a big computer person and didn't really know what to do when I was having problems that looked like a virus. I was connected to US Global Tech and they were able to log onto my computer remotely and figure out what the problem was, and they fixed it within 2 hours. My only complaint was they offered me a package for $250 for protection for 3 devices for a year, but I didn't really understand what that was. Specifically, if it was Webroot (which I was trying to install) or something else. The technician that worked on my computer chatted with me at times while working and was helpful and courteous.

I called to fix a scanning problem,not only was that fixed,they told me that even though I had paid for Norton coverage,Comcast provided that service included in my subscription,they set it up so that I am not set up for automatic renewal from Norton directly,saving me $50 or so--Melanie Green was GREAT!
