I was having a lot of problems with my computer being slow and it had a virus and malware. I called Norton to cancel my service and to cancel my service with Scanguard. After Scanguard was on my computer it slowed down so much I couldn't use it anymore and they were connected to Norton or they made it look that way on the computer. Dan your tech persuaded me to let him clean up the computer so finally I said to go ahead. I believe he has done a very good job and is very knowable.
Service was very good. This is the second time in 6 months that I have had this problem. Your company was not involved last time.

The techs that helped today ( Dan and Mary) were very helpful with my questions and fixing my computer and its viruses. I did sign up for Norton also. Thank you very much.
I started having problems with WEBROOT, installed by BESTBUY when I bought a replacement laptop. My Last one was very corrupted. A BESTBUY GEEK man suggested that buy a thumb drive to transfer over what files that I might need.
Your technician here, said that that would transfer bugs too! Apparently so. I was trying to bring Mcaffee, where I still had an active account. My system would not let me update my contact info with them. Then, I didn't know that Mcafee sent me over to USGLOBAL. Then USG offered me three payment options that I was not expecting today. I chose one and my system was corrected. Overall it worked well. I was not expecting to pay out money to a company I 'd never heard of.
Started with JC who was very helpful and courteous. I especially appreciated that he called back the following day to be sure that problem was solved to my satisfaction. Also appreciated that all the techs I encountered were English speaking. Made this much easier.
This young man was so very kind and understanding of my total inability to relate to any techy terms that he used. He looked into my computer and seen that there was many problems that I had and I told him how much they irritated me and he addressed those also. I just wish that there were many more like him. Can you clone him?
They hoped right on my computer and fixed it.
I was very lucky to be connected with Mary@ ex.2087. This young lady worked for almost 8 hours to put me back in business with my computer. I will be forever thankful that I was connected with her to service my computer. I thank her endlessly.
