I called for clarification on which AVG programs I have and to choose which one(s) I want to renew. I was connected to Melonie Greene (X 2091) who was very helpful and patient in explaining the diferences (several times, because I continued to have questions).
Jollybee was exceptionally helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I was happy to upgrade my plan after her follow up call. My overall experience was delightful. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.
My experience with the Global Technicians has been very knowledgeable. They were very professional, patient, and explained every detail of what they were doing and why. The problem was resolved very professionally.
It was challenging and time consuming trying to get my computer issue resolved, however, the technician knowledge in remedying the problem was exceptional. Customer service made me feel valuable as a consumer. I appreciate that a lot.
It took quite awhile to fix my problem with scanning from my copier to the computer. The 2 tecs stayed with it and the problem was solved.

I had major difficulty loading webroot. It was previously installed with the computer when I bought it from Bestbuy. Pan the technician spent a great deal of time and effort to resolve the problem. In this world good customer care and support is non-existent with the exception for Pan. I am grateful for his expertise, knowledge and patience in resolving this problem. Give Pan a raise. You have to compensate appropriately to retain good talent.
The $250 price was too high.

Your customer service was outstanding! The techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. I am an older user(66) who is not very computer savvy. Everyone that I spoke with was very kind. I never felt like they were being critical of me. They all made me feel very comfortable. I will refer anyone that I know to use the services of your company.
