They were great and fast. I couldn't download viper and they had it done in minutes. I mentioned that I had been hacked 2 days ago and asked if the saw anything amiss and he said no but he would take another glance. He was very sympathic to my concerns. /the receptionist was to the point, asked some questions and told me the technician would call me back in a few moments, and he did.

It was a good overall fix.
