I called Norton looking for their support but then you called me back saying I need to have my computer "cleaned up" and there was a large charge for it! I then talked it over and said I couldn't afford it. Summary:

Your work was great but I had to haggle the price, which for somebody that is not familiar with the system, was strange. After two hours your work was done but the whole experience seemed awkward since I was supposed to be "serviced" by Norton.
