I contacted Norton after receiving a malware alert. They referred me to USGlobal.com to verify my Norton account and to assist me with removing the virus. It took them all night but they were able to remove the virus, do a complete maintenance of my computer and reinstalling the Norton protection. The techs were great and very patient with me and calling me with progress reports and updates. Thanks
It is a tool to make sure that data and information are safe. Users are so concerned about leakage of data and trusting someone is a big problem. Good, we have the US Global tech that would help solve this problem.
USGlobal Team found the source of our problem very quickly and then proceeded to fix it. The computer was running very slowly and I didn't even realize it. Also, the tech showed us that there were multiple infections that were affecting the way the computer was operating. The computer works much faster now.
The Team spent many hours performing the repair and we appreciated their efforts. They were truly amazing!
