I don't know much about the computer but was greatly helped by your techs.

The first technician did not get back to me after working on the computer/printer issue, and no work seemed to be going on. I called a second time to resolve the issue.

I had updated m WiFi password and lost connection with my wireless printer. Following a routine clean up of my computer the technician graciously assisted me in correcting the connection with my computer and printer. I have always been satisfied with my service from USGlobalTech. They have saved me many hours of frustration and are always complete and thorough with their work.
