First Kristine Gerali took ownership of my challenges after I found me "referred" to USGlobalTech in Pompano Beach, FL not too far south of my location. She assured me that your organization is a third party organization that supports Malwarebytes and an unknown number of other similar organizations. Know Like and Trust are important to me. Kristina performed in a professional, caring, and cheerful manner. Bravo.
Then she explained several times what would happen next to "clean" up my Mac items that resided on my laptop PRIOR to my 2017 subscription to Malwarebytes. This stunned me that 3 hours would be needed to cleanse the mess. No problem. Just whelming there was that much junk.
Kristine took my order, I received my several e-mail confirmations promptly.
To begin the work I was connected with Rob C. Who also took ownership of my difficulties and control of my computer to perform the work. Further he acted in an adult and professional manner. Together we solved a Malwarebytes key problem after my computer was cleansed.
It occurred to me to share my thanks as a way of giving praise to Kristine and to Rob. That is what we as a family do when we are cared for representatives who know what they are doing and keep their promises. That is what Kristine and Rob did. Please let them know. Please memorialize this message in their employee records. Thank you.

I am immensely impressed with the manner in which Cristine interacted with me regarding all aspects of malware removal and making the speed of my computer increase ten fold. I highly recommend anyone to utilize USGlobalTech for any reason as the agents are incredible. Each step was clearly explained including what was to be completed throughout the removal of malware and a complete cleaning of my computer. This is truly a trustworthy company which takes the required time to make the removal of any malware or viruses such an easy process. The total time was about one and a half hours with the end result being a super fast computer without the hassle of popups due to malware. Kudos to Cristine, who made this such a pleasurable experience.

Tech was extremely professional, but most of all, extremely patient. I am a person that is computer stupid. In spite of my stupidity, the tech was patient and walked me through the process slowly. I just want to thank everyone at USGlobal for having such a wonderful staff. People, like me, who know nothing about computers really struggle and are too embarrass to ask for help because techs are not patient with us. Well, USGlobal has made me feel good about knowing that there are people out there that will help stupid people like me. Thank you so so much. You guys are the greatest.
