I rec'd thorough walk-through by the tech representative, prompt attention & diagnosis to my problem(s).
Follow-up was timely and all of the problems I was having were corrected in an very efficient manner.

Your representative who answered the phone was impatient. She seemed to be in hurry and at first did not want to take my correct phone number to have a technician call me. In fact, i'd say she was rude! Technician more helpful and patient. I DO NOT wish to continue being a U.S. Global Tech customer.

Kristine was great as was Ram and I forget this last guy - Kristine expecially terrific explaining lots to me.
