I have no idea of what all was done but the tech was polite and tried to tell me about the package I ended up buying. I am just not computer smart anymore and hope I understood what all was needed and she did. It was interesting to me to try to follow what all needed done. I did not know it would take as long as it did but look forward to having a phone call help if I need it. It confuses me that all the programs that kept telling me I needed them and yet when I ended with the tech it seemed that none of them did much or any good and I had to buy a whole different more expensive program for her to clean and bring my computer up to speed. But if this remote thing works as it is presented to me it will be a big help.S

I had a printing problem that I could not resolve and I somehow managed to get USGlobalTech support. I am completely satisfied with the results. My computer has been cleaned, I can now print documents from the internet, and the annoying ads have been removed. Thank goodness!
USGlobal Tech addressed each of my concerns, worked diligently to correct some challenging problems and cleaned up some damage that had been done on my PC

When I first contacted USGlobalTech I thought I was going to be connected to Dell Support. Once we got started and Meredith showed me the various issues my computer had, it made sense to proceed with USGlobalTech. Getting file explorer to respond, rather than lock up on not responding, proved to be more challenging than I expected. Along the way Meredith regularly called to see if the issues had been resolved. Sometimes I did not have an answer, because I had not used the computer because I was not sure USGlobalTech was done working on it. However, when Meredith would ring, I knew I could go back to work. She is always available and offering to provide additional assistance.
It was a great experience, I never let anyone remotely take over my computer and it was a little scary but it was a good move on my part and very satisfying
