I was very concerned when I had a problem with my computer. I am not very literate re: computers! Melanie put me right at ease and assured me she could assist with my problem. She thought she could resolve my problem in 3 or 4 hours and she was right on the button! Thank you Melanie! She also got me a discount for one years service at a great rate. Again, thank you, Melanie. I look forward to telling my elderly friends about this service, they will be pleased too.

They fixed all issues with all my malware and connected my new epson printer, all is good to go.

GOT HER FIXED
I called in about another issue I was having which I had resolved. During the process, I was offered a complete clean-up of my operating system which I was very thankful for as I am not a techie and sometimes push buttons when I shouldn't.
Charlie was very helpfull again in satisfying me with my problem, very efficient and knowledgeable about his services corrected the problem understanding that my knowledge is minimal. Thanks Charlie

I called HP for a printer issue. Their rep transferred me to US Global Tech because I had a huge group of web sites that had gotten in my computer so that each time I logged on to a site, the others sent me to their sites! US Global cleaned my computer and got rid of all those crazy intruders! I paid the fix it of $104 plus the monthly $14.95. I may cancel the monthly fee at anytime.
Oh yes US Global also changed the settings on my printer and now it is awesome too!

Informed about the large # of viruses. The tech persevered with a laptop that turned off unexpectedly many times. I called for wireless printer set up and signed up for Norton virus protection installations which were to my satisfaction.
