I called for help in fixing the computer and was greeted by a pleasant woman. I was asked what I needed and she took it from there and in 48 minutes all was corrected. It was pleasant to talk to someone that spoke clear English and I was able to clear up my problem so easy.
My first experience with USGlobal Tech was excellent. The technician spent over three hours cleaning viruses and other infections from my computer. I have bought a protection plan from you that will be valid for the next year. I appreciate your patience and professional attitude. I would be happy to recommend you to anyone with a computer problem.

I had a problem reconnecting my wireless printer to my computer. The Tech was very helpful and got me up and running again
Service was excellent. Agents very courteous with this "old" lady who was very weak on computers.
And led me through the steps I needed to take to fix this problem.
I began with a fairly simple task: to change credit cards. It developed into an hour-long examination of "the works" due to massive infestation. I ended up purchasing a program to resolve the situation, which I assume is legitimate. Everyone I dealt with was civil and helpful

We appreciate the efforts of those with whom we spoke. They were very knowledgeable and patient with us. It took some time and understanding on our end but we are pleased with the result and we will probably be back with more questions before long.We didn't grow up with computers so much of the language is a bit of a reach for two 85 year olds. We have learned more with each conversation. Rod was pleasant to deal with and again understanding. Our hearing is less than perfect but all is well that ends well. Thank you very much.
