Fantastic service
November 9, 2018

Fantastic service. The technicians were understanding and explained everything which was wrong with my computer. I could follow along with the tech on the screen as she explained and showed me various infections in my computer. They had me hang up and continued to clean my computer and called me when they were done and my Scanner was working perfect. Everything is working now so I can send my college assignments without a problem.

While today November 8 collaboratively, we were unable to solve the issue of connecting a MacBook Pro 2013 late to the otherwise active and working wifi printer, I am satisfied that Melanne (spelling?)) and Myra (spelling?) and the senior engineer on duty, did all possible to correct the challenge presented to them by me, customer, Stephen Q Shannon *******.

Laptop infected with malware from a hotel while traveling. Spent many hours trying to fix. Tech did a system reset then still had trouble with the browsers working. Tech asked if I had an ethernet cable to double check the Router. Went to the store for the ethernet cable. Of course, the last thing you always check holds the answer. Something irregular with the Router causing intermittent disconnect of the wifi. Ethernet cable finally allowed tech to do his work. Good result with connection. I will have comcast come check the router and exchange it or move the location of it.
I believe I had 116 sites of malware infection before the system reset. Wow. Beware of hotel Wifis.
