Original request was for problems connecting new wireless printer to lap top. Tech attempts quickly revealed many other problems greatly reducing general computer performance.

Would suggest calling rather than live chat. Cleaning out our computer took around 5 hours. I was impressed with the time the technicians put in.

I plain goofed, And thought I was dealing with Dell and found out to late it was a fraudulent business,so let them in and they took precautions to remedy the situation.
