After purchasing a McAfee Security for my MAC machine, I followed the three steps involved in the process.
When the Product failed to download, a telephone number took me to computer technician, who provided little knowledge, and even less work. This technician was from US Global. He did provide a break in the cost, and really beyond that, I have sincere doubts not only about his technician ability, but also his ethics. He did not represent US Global in a good light at all. His story changed during the night, and I noticed he did not work on the PC to any type of standard. In the morning I called McAfee, and listened to the technician there give me a speech about not having to pay a third party, and at no time, did he state anything which would lead me to think he could fix the problem. In fact, he pushed me off to another technician, who could not communicate the most basic of terms to me about the problem. After I asked for my money back, I listened to Melanie Greene, and I knew right away that I found a highly qualified, customer friendly, model employee.
I is astonishing to me, that I could have spoke to four different technicians before speaking to her, who were totally clue less about getting the Mac Machine to download McAfee. Melanie Greene started out like any professional would, she let me explain my situation. Her first words took me from a state of frustration, to an instant belief that she knew her Computer Science, and had excellent customer service skills. She, and I do mean her and her alone, changed my thinking that US Global Tech was just a scamming fraud, to "hey these people know what they are talking about, know how to stage work, know how to communicate to the customer, and really know how to diagnose, then repair, an otherwise compromised Mac Machine. I checked in from time to time, followed Melanie's advice, and was relieved knowing she was working on the Mac Machine, and felt she would tackle a difficult problem, and solve it. Well she did just that. Her diagnostic skills are better than any Computer Technician I have ever spoken with. She knows her business, and is the most valuable Computer Technician I have ever met. She took what has been for other Computer Technicians, a hopeless attempt, and systematically analyzed two major problems with my MAC machine, and my Scanner, and fixed both of them. When she finished fixing both problems, she took the time to explain how to use the Scanner and the Security Protection in the future. If this does not get to Upper Management it will be a crime. US Global Tech, has the best Company Representative I have ever met. No nonsense, right to work, no giving up. Where ever you found her, you will be losing the value and worth of more than just one Computer Technician if she were to ever leave. So my point is that you have an exceptionally talented woman named Melanie Greene working for you, who knows her business dead cold. It is such a delight to watch someone do, and at the same time articulate exactly what was, what is, and what will be. I now have great hope for our young workers in fields other than Computer Science. Melanie Greene is an outstanding, awesome technician. She is very intelligent and remarkable. What a pleasure to have had her work on the Mac Machine.

I was completely satisfied with Cherrie, my technician! She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful in every way. She got me up and running in a very reasonable amount of time!
I will certainly recommend US Global Tech and Cherrie to all of my friends and family. What a surprise to find a company I can rely on and not concern myself with "imposters" that continue to call!

My issue had to do with the Start Menu opening and staying open after Global Tech had done a cleanup on our computer. It took 3 contacts and considerable time with Global Tech to get the issue adequately resolved. (The closing of the Start menu and the renewed access to the Desktop and the icons located there.) I am frustrated that the issue was triggered to start with and that it took repeated contacts to get it resolved. But the GT techs stuck with it, and the problem does appear resolved at this time. Thank you!
