The tech was very friendly, polite and experienced. She was also patient with me because I don't hear well. But I think she has too much to do and couldn't stick with me enough leading me to have to spend five hours to get the job done. All was done well.

I just spent 22 minutes on the phone with Ms. Melanie Green. She did a wonderful job fixing a Billing Issue, and a Microsoft issue. She then gave me peace of mind that my Security systems are working and my computer is safe.
