The tech was very friendly, polite and experienced. She was also patient with me because I don't hear well. But I think she has too much to do and couldn't stick with me enough leading me to have to spend five hours to get the job done. All was done well.

I contacted HP support to get wifi printer setup...cHRISTINE QICKLY DETERMINED THE ISSUE WAS MY pc HAVING VIruses...fix was thorough and reasonably prices

The firewalls were reconnected in about an hour and half

I just spent 22 minutes on the phone with Ms. Melanie Green. She did a wonderful job fixing a Billing Issue, and a Microsoft issue. She then gave me peace of mind that my Security systems are working and my computer is safe.
