Very nice and helpful People.
All began to install McAfee as I had paid for up to 5 devices and this was a back up computer and I killed my other one with water drowned the h*** out of it...this C was running slow and wanted it McAfee to clean it...that's when you appeared... and Got me a discount for US TECH and each time you did a shared session it seem better so we'll see it the 3 time is the charm I drove a semi for 30+ yrs and many a time I had to pull up a try again no shame in that Here the people in cust service at fantastic all did a great job called back and sent emails Thanks Melanie started and was great as all where wish I was better at names memory need updating as I can't remember what I eat this morning LOL thanks

I do not have the words to describe my gratitude to Lance (service tech) and the hours of dedicated support in recovering my PC, and all my 3rd party apps, from a complete PC "reset". I have used and been abused by many tech support organizations in the past. US Global Tech is in a league of their own as absolutely the BEST tech support out there. There is no quit in this pit bull. Period!

Technicians were professional and resolved the issue I was having with my computer.
I unwisely followed a link to 'update flashdrive' on some random website and the next morning found my computer infested with malware. I was able to access the Norton site and purchase the premium product to get my computer fixed.
They technical department were efficient and have managed to get my mac computer up and running smoothly again

Sheryl was able to make the necessary removal of the infections when Darwin could not. Sheryl was able to get me back into my computer when the administrative password failed! She found and removed the remaining old virus software and was then able to reinstall my printer when all others failed. I think Sheryl deserves a raise! Thank you Thank you Thank you :)
