The company called my business promised that for 5 dollars a month our website would receive traffic. They never mentioned that the month after they would secretly try to charge 140. When I tried to call them back the number they provided was to a Lawn Service company. Fortunately I was able to contact my credit card carrier to deny them the charge. And my website only had 8 hits most directly from Google. Awful company

Signed up in July I was told 5 dollars a month after a 6 month free trial today my card was charged 140 since July I have gotten a new card they somehow got that information I called and the lady was rude and unprofessional and will not do anything about it

It works for me, perfect customer support and useful service, I will defenitely continue to use for my business

They called me and told me they will get me leads… NEVER GOT ONE LEAD! Charged me $140/m and then 3 months in charged a random $155 charge the next day after the $140 charge. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS "Company"

Please said I got 5000 hits And they didn't get one response out of 1 of this is a sad service is a total scam They did nothing and charge me a $140 I called them to tell them I never signed up for this they said well you created a password and a username so you're signed up Do not uses service

They called me and went through their whole script. Almost leaving no room to make decisions. In the end I did some research while on the phone and told them I would pass on their services. They asked why and I asked if they've seen their reviews online? They hung up on me. That was very professional. They didn't even make an effort to change my mind lol

I am a new business owner and after signing up with Google my business I got a call from one of these thieves. THEIR ARE VERY SLICK in how they introduce themselves and I initially thought they were from Google because they say they were either sent or are working with Google but they arent. They started by verifying all my business info and had already looked up our IG and accounts for "verification." Then he went on to say about the $5 a month. I told the guy on the phone to send me an email because the persistence in my signing up right away didn't sit well with me and I wanted to see if his email had any Google business logos, which it did not, it had USDirectory so I let him know I was busy and to call me back (so I could research) which he did not like. Eventually, he agreed and now I can see how much of a scam they are! I will be telling this guy to F off once he calls me back!

USDirectory called me and found my business on Google, I assume. The agent began the call by confirming my business's information and services then went into the pitch of what they could offer in terms of advertising. I asked to have a list of prices and costs associated with this service and he informed me that only his supervisor could give that information. I told him I did not want to move forward without understanding the costs involved. He said he would put me on a brief hold while he found the information, (I was not on hold I continued to hear the call center noise from around him uninterupted the whole time) after 30 seconds "on hold" he informed me that there was only a one time $5.00 start up fee. I then asked him about what the other reviews said about being charged per "lead" and he said he knew nothing about that.

I would recommend you use a reputable service to advertise your business such as Yelp or Thumbtack.

I don't mind paying but this company was not transparent about the costs from the beginning and that was the only red flag I needed to stop the call

I did sign up before researching. However the red flag was when I could not log into my dash board. I called several times and got the same story but it never worked. I then went to the reviews and got terrified. I did call and cancel my service with them. Waiting to see if it actually gets cancelled. Do not do business with them. They have earned their low reviews here. Run while you can.

They are a fraud! They are full of lies and they don't even put up any ads I've never seen not one of my up. Luckily they don't live far from me so I will be paying them a visit. They stay at Ponce de Leon blvd.

I was a bit hesitant when I read old reviews about USD online, but as the price was low, I tried and so far I am satisfied with the results I have obtained.

I've been with US directory for many years and it has been working for me well Especially during COVID, I got a lot of leads. I have a cleaning business. I guess a lot of people look online for cleaning services on the old proven sites.

This membership hasn't benefited my business at all, they only want to charge you a monthly fee. Thnx

These people charged me over 300 dollars on my account after I canceled and now they are refusing to cancel my account I asked to speak to a manager they told me it would take up to 48 hours to receive a call they won't give me my money back they are saying I never canceled even with the proof I have given I'm loosing out on hundreds of dollars and they won't let me out of it they come up with lies after lies I do not recommend this company at all its all a scam

These guys have pretty much every business in the US. Sometimes you get a full bus profile and other times you need to dig deeper on the web, but the phone numbers, hours of operation, etc are accurate. In many cases, I've reached out to a business and the owner has gotten back to me.
Once you create your account, you can communicate directly with the merchants, post reviews, whatever.

I called to cancel and they did so. I thought it was $5/mo as well and even took notes on the initial call July 2021. I let it go and didn't realize I was getting charged $150 from them until my bank notified me. I called them and the lady was accommodating and professional. She explained the 25cents per click and in theory sounded good and said I had an email with all the details of my clicks etc but the email they sent to wasn't working right so honestly I don't know about the email but I cancelled anyway and so hopefully won't get charged.
