Found out after receiving a bill for $118.00 that usdirectory.com charges you for being on the internet. It advertises that any reference you receive from their advertisements charges you $0.25. In fact, any time i was searching or "googling" on the internet it charged me $0.25. I went with them for advertisement and my company's doors aren't even open yet. No one knows the company name so they are unable to look it up. I found out they use your wifi address and anyone who uses your internet will cause you a charge each time it's used.

They called me, and stated they were with an advertising company I am using, they are not. They lied! They told me that I owed a $50.00 activation fee. I gave them a credit card to pay the $50.00. This is a dishonest company, which gives concern as to what they are going to utilize our companies credit card. Theft is theft, but the government seems not to prosecute these white collar thieves.

They called me and told me they will get me leads… NEVER GOT ONE LEAD! Charged me $140/m and then 3 months in charged a random $155 charge the next day after the $140 charge. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS "Company"

I'm so glad I looked this up while I was on the phone with them because I would have payed my $5 and probably been charged even more. I'm a new business owner and these people called me with like all my intel and sounded legit I'm going off what other people say and saying it's a scam honestly the guy was Indian and said his first name was James and last name Garcia.

These people charged me over 300 dollars on my account after I canceled and now they are refusing to cancel my account I asked to speak to a manager they told me it would take up to 48 hours to receive a call they won't give me my money back they are saying I never canceled even with the proof I have given I'm loosing out on hundreds of dollars and they won't let me out of it they come up with lies after lies I do not recommend this company at all its all a scam

When you open your account and create your listing, they will send you an email with links to billing and a dashboard. You will sign an agreement. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. You might have been led to believe that you will be charged $5/month for your listing. You will not see anywhere else in the setup that you will also be charged 25 cents per click which will be charged to your card each month. They will charge you successively more each month.

This is a scam. You've been warned. Train your office staff to know the difference and not be duped by this company.

Total Scam. Was told it cost $5 mo +$0.25 cents per referral Lead not to exceed $5 per Month. After The First Month And Not Getting A Single Lead I Was Charged $155. When I called they told me lie after lie and couldnt tell me why I was charged that amount. The rep also told me I wasnt able to speak to a manager because they were on a different floor at 1825 Ponce de Leon Blvd #177, Coral Gables, FL *******. Upon farther inspection I learned the address is a UPS Store Mail box. The Rep lady that had a Indian Ascent told me her name was Barbie Smith, another lie. There Is so many complaints saying the same thing.

Hi my name is Cassie these people us directory is a scam they went into my account and took 99 dollars that I did not authorized th er m to take out they are liars cheats scammed be ware they are leashes waiting yo rob you of your hard earned money 5 dollars initially stated is bate to sell you on there advertising and the $99.00 you don't see it coming I'm contacting the better business Bureau I told them they were calling me trying g to sell lies I told them no to be speachless when I looked at my account something I didn't authorized

Thank you I will no longer even give a phone salesperson a single minute of my time. This company sounds great. Very skilled at lying. Promised after I make the 199$ payment it would take 2-3 days to put together a commercial and to put a campaign together. Then they would call me and show me the commercial and all the wonderful things they would do for my company. And promised no further charges would be made until I was satisfied and explained how it all works when they call me in a couple days. NO CALL AND WAS CHARGED. # phone messages and 2 emailes and no response. Complete SCAM RUN FAR AWAY or say goodbye to 400$ for no services whatsoever
