I needed to request an out of state death certificate and was unclear how to proceed. US Birth Certificates came to my assistance. They knew what questions I would be asked on the state's application. I had time to research the answers. When I was finished, their team reviewed my application to ensure it was accurate and correct. Afterwards, they sent the form as a PDF with instruction on where to sign, what to include (a picture of my passport, my driver's license) and a check needed to pay for state. They further suggested using a large (9x11) envelope to mail the application and documents instead of folding them up.
As a result, I mailed the application with confidence that it would be accepted. I even took it to the Post Office to be weighed and found it needed 34 more cents.

I would recommend contacting your state for your birth certificate, but since mine said they were not performing that service at this time, I had to use a 3rd party to get it. But I did get it in a timely manner, so thats a plus.

Short of being a scam, your practice is a disservice to customers. Overpriced and misleading. You don't actual provide the vital documents requested, instead you charge $60,00 to complete an application, that basically the customer has already you the information for. The customer still has to mail the application, and STILL pay the fee to receive the Birth Certificate. The customer is better off going directly to the State's official website to process their request!
