The service provided is way over priced. I did not find the website without problems or difficulty. It kicked out my payment three times with two different cards and a fraud alert. I should have not been so persistent to make a payment. Finding you only provide a application is a ripoff. I should have avoided your site and went to the vital records for PA. It would have only cost me.$20 and $10 for on line. Your website cost me $59 and had to turn around and pay the $20 to the State for the birthday certificate.

It was a seamless process. I still need to print the form and mail it but that seems fine One negative is that it was more costly that I thought was advertised. If I knew it would cost almost 100.00 I would have filled out my own form.
