USBCustomFlashDrives

I always like reviewing companies and sites that i have done business with or ordered from. USBCustomFlashdrives.com is a company that I purchased from a while back and I had a really positive experience. The prices were excellent at the time and the service was on time and printed to perfection... I think its unfair for people to just go around these sites putting negative information but don't lift a finger when they get great service. Anyways, whoever reads these reviews don't let a few sour apples spoil this company or any company for that matter call them and ask them what happened. I am sure there is a logical explanation.

I ordered 150 1 gig drives from them in the executive leather. What I got was 150 1/2 gig sticks that Angel said he would replace with 1 the 1 gig sticks at his cost. Well that is great but they were delivered directly to a conference that I was attending so this would not help. He said he would refund the difference of. 19 cents per piece (a whopping $28.50 on an $850.00 order!) but he never even did this. Because these were drop shipped directly to the hotel where I was staying and not to Angel I got the packing slip and the invoice for USB custom flash drives it was from China and less than half what I paid! I went into the BIOS of the drives because they were showing different capacities for the 12 I tried and found out they were manufactured in early 2006! This is 2013! These are 7 years old and already degrading! These drives were useless, do not use them Angel is a liar and a thief!

This is a terrible company and any business in need of USB Flash Drives for promotional purposes should stay far far away! This is why:

-Their virtual proofs are not at all what they deliver
-Their President was extremely unresponsive after they screwed up our order the first time
-Their mistakes negatively impacted our business twice because we agreed to give them a second chance after they screwed up our order once, and then they screwed up a second time

We are a professional manufacturing company that counts on our promotional items to market our company at trade shows and thanks to these jerks our business will suffer. Awful awful company. Never order from:
