I was in so much need of help to find a grant that is right for me. UsA funding is well worth the money spent to use.
After talking with rep I got a bad feeling and try to cancel. Transferred me to customer service where I confirmed my cancellation. Company will not refund money. They provided NO service.
I am in need of a USA Grant and www.usagrantapplications.org came up in a "Google Search" (Ad). Nothing on SiteJabber so I did a a review, this is what I found on www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/usagrantapplications-org-c*******.html Don't get suckered into this please.
The site is very helpful and important to those who need funding to turn their dreams into reality.A place to seek a helping hand.
Recommended from my side. Their support & guidance at each level of funding application is awesome. I opt for education funding application & fully satisfied with the whole process.
Support agents sucks gorilla balls…really they really sucks.
These sums up the customers support.
I might have sent this twice but anyway they need to know twice.
Extremely rude who con artist who lied to get me to sign up and say they would help when call back ZERO HELP AND RUDE COMMENTS. They just want the fee to join and take your money, They will NOT help with business and looking to pry on the people with dreams
Juan is highly unprofessional. These people are out to take your money. They asked for a denial letter to get a refund however I didn't receive a grant no a letter of denial
I considered signing up for the grants database service in June, and delayed because I wasn't sure it was worth the money. They sent me daily emails, offering me the same service for less—and a guaranteed refund if I was declined for a grant. I finally signed up, thinking it was for one month. Today I was checking my bank statement and saw they'd been charging me every month since then—at the full price—and not sending any receipts or statements or acknowledgements of any kind. (There is a disclaimer in the small print that they will charge me every month for the full price; I'd forgotten. That's what they're hoping you'll do. If I recall correctly, there was no option for a one-time payment.)
I called the "customer service" line, and was told by a condescending mansplainer that it was all my fault and I signed up and I checked a box and I should have checked my bank statements every month. As a small business owner, I have a bookkeeper I trust who checks my statements for me every month, and as I ok'd the expense in June, he would've had no reason to question the subsequent charges. IF they'd sent the receipts they should be sending, though, as every legitimate subscription service I pay for does, I'd have noticed right away. They prey on busy people hoping they won't notice they're being charged $34.95 every month forever.
I said I wanted a full refund; he refused. He said he'd refund either one month ($34.95) or $40, and proceeded to—condescendingly—tell me which one he'd pick. I asked for a supervisor, and he said "that would be me." I said you have no boss? He said, "only the owner, and the owner won't talk to you."
When I told him I was going to write a review, he actually told me that he wouldn't refund anything, then—I couldn't both get a refund (not even full) and write a review. I don't know who this guy thinks he is, but this is absolutely atrocious service.
Buyer beware.
It's an amazing Website for filling Grant Applications that provides information about how to apply for grants and what types of grants are available.
Kathy was very unprofessional and made me hesitant to start the application and as aggressive as her tone was made me believe the rest of the reviews that it's just a scam.
I spoke to a gentleman on the phone, and once I started asking questions he became irritable and then he hung up the phone. I would not use the company service.
This is a scam. BEWARE! Do not buy into it. It is not a grant application site. They charge you and when you call they transfer you and the call is disconnected.
This company has you pay them money insisting there will be a refund if you're not happy. Once on their website you see numbers listed that have nothing to do with grants. I called several businesses that knew nothing of any grants, one was a tent manufacturing company and the other was some guys personal business. When I called to get a refund they said I needed to actually 'get denied' by one of the grant companies to be eligible for a refund and they played back a recording of me. It would be impossible to be denied by one of their own website grant phone numbers when the number itself is wrong, along with many others. He claimed he had no responsibility for changing numbers on their website, yet they claim that their website is updated daily with new grants and that you need to go through the grants and apply daily to get the best results. Day one for me was me basically calling illegitimate numbers for grants. The only real grants available on their website were to FOREIGN IMMIGRANTS, which I thought was kind of despicable. I spoke to the manager who was the rudest of all of them. Some Mexican guy. He was practically yelling over me during our conversation claiming no responsibility what so ever, and no intentions of rectifying the problem. So I told him I would file fraud through my credit card company. He said, oh its funny that you mention fraud because I am going to send these recordings I have of you to your bank and to everyone so they have it. I was like, wow that's totally fine because you promised a service that you did not deliver on. Meaning, you are in the wrong and that is exactly what I did. My credit card company assured they would handle it and not even 20 minutes later USA Grants texted my phone to say they refunded the money and please contact your credit company and tell them. No, YOU contact my credit company, I already warned you.
Please dont ever use this business and if you do, make sure you have a bank or a major credit card company to handle your dispute with them, because this guy was great at arguing that he's not a complete criminal. Obviously, thats not true.
You can further report this company to the Better Business Bureau for fraud.

I called today to cancel the subscription that was under my name for this "grant membership" that was $30 per month, I was charged today and last month on the 28th and have not used the website at all. I called the customer service number ending in 4837 to cancel the subscription and get a refund for this month (I was charged last month but figured it's been a full month so I wasn't going to bother trying to get a refund for last month) and the guy that I got on the phone was extremely rude to me, told me the same things over and over again, then said " anything else" several times in a condescending tone, as if he didn't wanna be talking to me. Sorry buddy, it's your job. He completely denied me the opportunity to get a refund for this month, even though it was literally charged just hours ago, and said that I needed to get onto their website and apply for a grant AND get denied, THEN email them proof that I got denied, THEN I can receive a refund. Complete BS. Dude did not listen to me at all, hung up on me, and it was very clear that it's normal for these people to act like this. I've never had my blood boil on any other phone call like this, but this one made the highscore!
DONT sign up for their site.
These people are just after money and they dont care how they get it I only regret not reading these reviews first
It cuts down the time that it takes me to look up grants. It is a great helpful site. I suggest everyone to checkout their website.
Horrible don't waste your time and money. This is a scam! These people will steal your money and hang up on you when you call them!
