I considered signing up for the grants database service in June, and delayed because I wasn't sure it was worth the money. They sent me daily emails, offering me the same service for less—and a guaranteed refund if I was declined for a grant. I finally signed up, thinking it was for one month. Today I was checking my bank statement and saw they'd been charging me every month since then—at the full price—and not sending any receipts or statements or acknowledgements of any kind. (There is a disclaimer in the small print that they will charge me every month for the full price; I'd forgotten. That's what they're hoping you'll do. If I recall correctly, there was no option for a one-time payment.)

I called the "customer service" line, and was told by a condescending mansplainer that it was all my fault and I signed up and I checked a box and I should have checked my bank statements every month. As a small business owner, I have a bookkeeper I trust who checks my statements for me every month, and as I ok'd the expense in June, he would've had no reason to question the subsequent charges. IF they'd sent the receipts they should be sending, though, as every legitimate subscription service I pay for does, I'd have noticed right away. They prey on busy people hoping they won't notice they're being charged $34.95 every month forever.

I said I wanted a full refund; he refused. He said he'd refund either one month ($34.95) or $40, and proceeded to—condescendingly—tell me which one he'd pick. I asked for a supervisor, and he said "that would be me." I said you have no boss? He said, "only the owner, and the owner won't talk to you."

When I told him I was going to write a review, he actually told me that he wouldn't refund anything, then—I couldn't both get a refund (not even full) and write a review. I don't know who this guy thinks he is, but this is absolutely atrocious service.

Buyer beware.

Do not trust this grant. I've been lied to! I lost a lot of money trying to answer questions on this grant and it was not good enough. I did research and asked for help then reanswer the questions again. Still wasn't good enough! I was also told that they would find the grant for me and that was a lie. This whole thing is nothing but a rip-off! Do not trust this grant!

I like the website and how easy it is to look for grants but I have had no luck getting one I just wish there's was more help finding a good one

Opened an account through USA funding applications. Was told that if I did not receive a grant, that my money would be refunded. Instead, my bank account was continually charged each month with no contact from the company. When I called to get my money refunded, i was told that they are only a service and that i was supposed to do more steps like keep filing for grants (that I'm not eligible for). The instructions are vague and misleading. In my opinion this is nothing but a scam to trick people in giving them access to bank accounts so they can continue to draw out money without providing any product. He told me the only way my money can be refunded is if i have a verification of denial of the grant. When i asked him how do i find that, he told me that his company is only a service and do not provide that information. So they continue to drain money out of people account while they wait for a denial letter from the grantor that never comes...SCAM.

We signed up for $34.95/mo and while doing the purchase, we decided not to and clicked NO THANKS. They still processed payment instantly during the registration, so we called them immediately. They did a "courtesy refund" of $25. So 3 minutes of their service without a complete registration costs $9.95. BEWARE!

I was in so much need of help to find a grant that is right for me. UsA funding is well worth the money spent to use.

I don't wanna be a part of this program because of their negligence and that's the problem they have the worst customer service they scam people for everything

It is a great opportunity. I hope it really gives the financial help that we are looking for. There are thousands of grants and rewards. Looking forward to them.

First of all the name is deceptive it is not a USA business. I cancelled less than 30 minutes after signing up and not getting a confirmation email. When I called I was told I was not getting my money back. So I have gotten absolutely nothing but a bought lesson. Keep your money in your pocket. This company is a scam!

After finished to pay and send everything they blocked me and 10 of my friends application for none payments we need our money back tje worst when you call nobody to answer your call or questions

They make you think you applying for hard ship grant then take your money and it show a bunch of grants to apply for so your paying them for bull$#*!! Then call to get money back they only give you 20 dollars back and keep the other that's how they make money by stealing because none of it helps period!

I put in my application but left my card info blank because something seemed off about the website, the descriptions were lacking grammatically and the message seemed less than professional. So i never submitted the application but all my info was in there except card info because i left the page open until i did some research on the website. Before i know it, they cold call me from random number, begging me to finish my application and pay info. I simply said man "i dont have 30 bucks to pay for this. What should i do?" and the guy actually scoffed at me over the phone and then he hung up in my face! That seems like a very scammerish thing for him to do. So i went back to the website and deleted all my info destroyed my application and i exited their website for good. Now im reporting them. On a side note, the application is for a list of college grants i may be eligible for and that is FREE information but this website claims that they have a team of people working hard to put a list of grants together for my specific needs, yeah like i really believe that. It could be just this one guy doing this. Here is his phone number he cold called me from. *******015 the bot that answers sounds nice, but the people working there are faker than the bot's dramatic enthusiasm. Dont pay this website.

You are basically paying the $27 or $21 bucks for them to give you different sites you can go on. I made a mistake I thought it was legit

I applied for a grant through them a couple years ago only to discover that they wanted a fee. I questioned their service (because after going through their long questionnaire, coupled with the impression that they could locate a grant for you) they requested a fee at the end of the questions. Since many grants are free I thought it was reasonable to assume their fee would be paid once they obtained the grant for you.

So naturally I questioned their fee and service and they had the audacity to look my name up and asked if I really qualified for a PPP loan? I thought, WOW! How unprofessional. Nevertheless, I did not proceed with their service.

Customer service, kindness and professionalism is key for any business. Hopefully they will take my suggested ingredients and create recipe of success to boost their rating.

DO NOT SIGN UP! A representative from the company contacted me asking me to give her my card information. I told her I wanted to wait and think about the fee to join the program and she got very angry and kept pressuring me over the phone to give her my card information. I ended up telling her I am not comfortable at this time, and she hung up the phone on me. Please do not use this "scholarship" website. It is a scam and they just want to steal your money. People who actually want to help you gain a scholarship will not be pushy and pressure you.
