This is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with in my entire life! They have the most complicated and ridiculous procedures imaginable. They asked for a very difficult form to fill out, along with a request, passport, national ID, and even a bank statement. I had to provide them with TWO bank statements because the first one didn't work. They even want proof of address! All of this for just ONE shipment! I've dealt with dozens of shipping companies before, and they only asked for my name and number. But this company is completely different. They even demanded that I add a new name, "Hussein Hussein" because some shipments came with that name on them, even though I never provided it. And they REFUSED to add it to my account, despite me providing the official invoice and tracking number. They demanded that I change the name to Hussein Hussein and provide all the information under his name, which I don't even know! This is nothing but exploitation! All of this just so I can pay $5 to add an extra name to my account. I signed up for their biggest plan, and this is how they treat me?! The worst company, and the worst experience I've ever had with any company in my life!
USA2Me have a nice little scam going on dimensions/weight. They can take a package that the rest of the American parcel industry ships on weight and magically add 20-30% to their "weight" using dimensions/weight. They then "share" the savings based on their inflated weight. Anything that arrives in an develop gets caught. Time to move to their opposition as what they are doing is unethical by my standards.
Dimensional weight is an industry standard. This is the same formula that FEDEX, DHL, and UPS use to calculate their shipping weights. The weight on the labels and tracking show actual weight but they bill on dimensional weight. Also this is well explained in our page before you request shipments. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied.
We have been using their service to forward mail for over three years. I have sent mail to different countries and within the US. This helped my business tremendously. Customer service is friendly and responses are fast. If you need a similar service, give them a try. A+ rating for a reason.
Their customer service is non existent and one of the people answering the phone does not seem to understand english well. I have paid for 3 months and have had 2 shipments yet they are holding my 3rd free shipment hostage until I pay for the 4th month. I have had to call customer service multiple times for mess ups. Stay very far away.

USA2Me is ripoff company. Monthly membership fee, shipping rate, and extra fee very high. Shipping cost for 1 package very expensive, I can ship 3 packages with other company. Repacking really poor. Didn't receive setup fees refund, after cancelled 30 day free trial account.
I have used usa2me for several years. They are not perfect (thus my 4 star rating) but I have been very satisfied with them. I can say that they are the better mail and package forwarder that I have tried.
The rates and customer service are good.

I've been using USA2Me for almost two years now, and I was always very happy with their service. I live in Europe and have business interests in the US so I use this company to receive and forward all my mail.
Initially, the main factor of my choice was obviously the price, as they were offering the best value for my needs. After I was pleasantly surprised to find out how many convenient tools they provide at their website to manage the mail. I also really liked the choice of flexible plans available, one of which even has no monthly or annual fees, which means you only have to pay for the service if you actually receive mail. Delivery is fast. The customer service is always there when you need them, either by phone or email (usually reply the same day).
The only inconvenience, when opening the account, was sending them copies of credit card and documents to confirm my identity. But I guess these are legal requirements and compliance with them just demonstrates the company's responsible approach to security measures which, I think, is very important when you trust someone to manage your correspondence.

This place is total robbery, took my money, pretend like that did not receive it, playing idiot out of people. Have to get my money back through bank.
After trying to use them for 6 months we got free of problem with just financial losses.
In six months time, these people were able to return several US mailings we asked them to dispose of; loose a mail package for over 45 days in their mail office, while telling us it never came to them and was later identified by them as not being taken into their office and was returned (which was not true); and the best yet, they sent a $250.00 package via US POSTAL, insured, which got lost, and they kept the insurance money saying it could not be sent to us. After months of phone and emails arguing, they finally agreed to send what was left of the $250 to us, having used said money as "fees occurred," to PAYPAL.
YOU DO NOT NEED THIS KIND OF MAIL SERVICE. Look elsewhere.
It is unfortunate that the customer feels this way. The USPS did loose the package, and we submitted an insurance claim. We did credit the insurance money to the customer's account as soon as the claim was paid. The USPS takes a long time to return the money. The customer had a balance of services/monthly fees in his account and the balance was refunded to the customer. Again, we apologize if there was any perception that this situation was not handled correctly. Customer Service Staff.
Didn't have any issues with the setup or maintenance of the mailbox. However, someone in the organization should have their PEE-PEE wacked with a sledgehammer for 1. Submitting a unauthorized subscription to Zootles Mag, giving a fake VISA number in my name and box number. 2. And later, requesting a subscription to same magazine in my name and box number requesting I be billed via mail to said box. Since I am a traveller, I elected to use this site in order to receive mail and have it sent to me, not mail generated by their staff. I will be contacting Zootles in order to get the Visa and IP address of the person who requested the subscription in order to report it to the apropriate law enforcement agency. Other then that, the service was good.
This review assumes that a magazine subscription was requested by someone at USA2Me, as if that was the only explanation. This was definitely not the case and we would not be close to 20 years in business if we had practices like that. Most likely this was junk mail or an attempted scam by someone that got their address from a mailing list when the customer used the address at a vendor or for other purposes.
I have used USA2Me.com to get my USA mail and packages for about 2 years now and found excellent service and good rates. They are not the cheapest option but I have always found them reliable.

USA2Me has the best prices I was able to find online for mail forwarding and storage services. Registration was simple and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
They will not refund your set up costs even when they promote that they do just to steal your info and overcharge your credit card and then waste your time notarizing paperworks
We refunded the fees to this customer on 9/30/2020 which is a month before she posted this. Maybe she missed it in her credit card statement.

We are not a "shipping company" we are a mail forwarding company that is regulated by the US Postal regulations, as such we are required to collect official USPS form1583 and verify the identity of every customer. This is clearly explained during signup and again in the welcome email and before the customer begins using the services to receive any packages.
Given these regulations, we can't accept packages under names that are not registered or verified.
This customer is complaining that we are required to enforce these regulations. We are sorry he feels this way, but hope that readers understand that this is not optional. In fact, we would recommend any customer to be wary of any mail forwarding company that does not comply with US laws and regulations.
