Order never arrived

Placed this order over a month and a half ago. It has not showed up, cant track it and no customer service rep to help me. The local courier only shows a pre shipment label and tracking info via Romwe is not available. I paid for shipping and have not got an update for over 3 weeks. I now have to dispute charges on my credit card to get my money refunded. NOT WORTH IT

I CAN'T CONTACT THEM IN MAIL OR EVEN IN THEIR OWN WEBSITE, I TRIED TO CONTACT SHEIN AND THEY DIDN'T ANSWER ME TOO
