I have bought appliances through U.S Appliance in the past and have been very satisfied with the results, that's why I am using them again. The product was fine but the delivery system left something to be desired. Original the time frame was 1-3 weeks, but after three weeks had expired and I had heard nothing I had to call. The customer service agent at that time said product in route, possible 2 days which turned in to 6 additional days, or a total of approximately 4 weeks. That is a long time without a refrigerator. I can understand having delivery problems, but from a customer point of view they should have called me and made me aware of the situation.
