I have purchased appliances from US Appliance for 4 different homes so far, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwave, and now a washer dryer. Love the free delivery and no sales tax. How can you beat that?
I looked up the fridge I ordered the day it was finally delivered and it was on sale for cheaper. The delivery was set for 1-3 weeks, and it took the FULL 3 weeks. Which is fine, but people should be aware to not expect it sooner. I also think it would be nice to have more proactive updates vs. me calling to get an idea of shipping. Ultimately a good experience, if you're aware of the above.
Some confusion about my shipping address as opposed to my home address.
I was not there to receive the dishwasher--it was received by my contractors. It apparently is full of mildew and has to be aired out to kill it. I will probably have to run a vinegar/bleach rinse or something to get rid of the odor, etc.

This was the best by far, shopping online I have ever had the experience to have. It was fast and easy. My only problem was that the shipping box was damaged and was not delivered when it was set up for. However; I am glad that was taken care of prior to being delivered, and I didn't have to deal with it. The refrigerator was finally delivered on November 2nd. It was in perfect condition and fit perfectly in the space I had for it. My experience has been wonderful from everyone's help that I received from the day I ordered to the day it was delivered! Site was easy to navigate, prices very competitive. I did not see any info regarding the direction the washer door opened. Since it is not reversible, that info was important to me. The dryer has a steam function which means that 3 hoses (in addition to the small hose provided with the dryer) are necessary to connect the washer and dryer. I would have liked to have known that so I could have been prepared with the needed hoses.
Would have appreciated the option of having stove delivered to the inside of my home. Stove was delivered with dent on the side towards the back, but it was too late to complain because I was not aware of the dent within 24 hour window.
Please do not deliver until Oct 15 2016
