Going through US Appliance saved us money since we didn't pay tax or shipping. The shipping took longer than we expected about 4 weeks. Our washer arrived with a tiny scratch. I called it in and was promptly helped. We were given a refund to buy paint to cover the scratch. I would definitely buy from them again.

Going to be doing a kitchen remodel and was told about this site and I am thoroughly thrilled with the selection and prices!
Our range arrived damaged in transit, as did the second unit I ordered to replace the first one. Both times their customer service department was great to work with, but I would not suggest ordering a range if it has to be shipped across continental US. The first unit was obviously dropped and the second slipped on the pallet it was shipped on and pushed in the lower left corner causing the lower drawer to be crooked. Neither unit was usable as they arrived on our property. Unfortunately I had to spend $800 more to order a replacement from a local appliance store.
Easy to order - quick to arrive. All packaging in good condition and drive helped me open them to check them before signing.
