I am so impressed with the experience at US Appliance. The website was very informative and easy to navigate. Free shipping was a bonus! I can't even get my local Lowes store to deliver for free and their prices are so much more expensive.
When the appliances were delivered by Federal Express the deliveryman was rather rude and did not want to wait while we inspected the shipment. We ordered new appliances for an entire kitchen and laundry so there were several boxes to inspect. My only suggestion for future shoppers would be to be prepared to remain firm with these deliverymen and be ready to explain that they'll just have to sit back and relax while you inspect the shipment. This is no reflection on US Appliance but on the shippers that deliver your products.
The deliverman hassle was a very small price to pay for the advantages that US Appliance offers. In the end all of our products were shipped in perfect condition and we are grateful for the savings we received by shopping with Us Appliance. You have very happy customers here and we are spreading the word about your services!

Your site and prices are great. One of the items arrived damaged and the replacement cycle made it so that a new item would only ship once the old was picked up adding delay to the system. I have made other orders for items in the past where a hold could be placed on a card to ensure the ship back of the defective item but the new one could be shipped right away.
It was quick, clean, and easy.
Delivery was prompt and everything was in perfect condition and working order.

I would have like the driver to assist me in getting the appliances into the property. He wouldn't do that which I thought was brutal.
Stove arrived in a good clean box, however the main control panel on the oven had a 3 " crease located on the front right of the stainless steel. The stove arrived on Friday and since US Appliance is closed on the weekends, I had to wait till Monday for some direction as to what I needed to do next. I was given three options; send the stove back, accept a 10 to 15% credit on the damage or accept a new face plate for the control panel and have it installed at a cost US appliance would reimburse to me. I chose the later and currently received the replacement part this past week. I am waiting for a local plumber to install the part and hope to be reimbursed for 100% of the cost of that installation.

I purchased an LG refridgerator, They charged my credit card, Then I waited for the e-mail with a delivery date.
After 3 weeks I called because I had heard nothing.
I was told they were waiting fir it from LG.
I checked every week with them until week # 7!
Still claiming it hadn't come in from LG.
I was disgusted for waitin 7 weeks and no fridge.
Csncelled order, went to local Sears, and had it delivered in 2 days!
They take your money up front, and don't deliver the product.
Appliances look good but they make noises. They also are extremely difficult to clean.
