On inspection, corner packaging of the Bosch dryer I bought dryer was a bit dented, but it didn't look bad at all. I signed off and the driver left. I had to leave in a hurry that day. I couldn't get back to it for three days. Then I found that two corners were damaged, but by then the one-day - only one day - window to report had passed, so I'm stuck with it. When I get to setting up, I'll find out if it's cosmetic damage or worse. The lesson: take your time to inspect your goods thoroughly. US appliance, I think you should open that window a bit to allow for folks to inspect the goods.

It's easy, and quick. Two days after I received my TV, I found another company that sells the same brand new TV, for $900.00 less. When I notified Customer Care for a matching price, they refused, saying the competing company was not an "authorized" dealer.

I recently bought an LG TV from these guys which they said would ship within 24 hours. I received an email from them telling me the shipment from LG is delayed by more than 2 weeks. After waiting for almost 3 weeks, they told me the shipment got delayed again for another week. When they finally told me the shipment arrived, i did not receive the TV and they just told me that the number of items they received was not enough for the number of orders they currently have. I asked them for an exact date when they can make the commitment to actually send me my order that they had already charged me for and all they could tell me was that they don't have any further information.
These guys would take your money, make you wait for a month or even more if you don't follow it up, and would not take into account in their inventory or orders from the manufacturer how many units they have or need to fulfill their commitment with their customers.
They are the worst online retailer i have come across and i literally regret doing business with them.
I ordered from amazon and found a seller that does not charge tax and got the items after 2 days.

My order was put on hold until they could confirm my phone number, 8 phone calls and several emails later I finally was connected to Larry who seemed to be able to fix any and all problems while every one else wanted to pass me off to the next person to do 1 simple thing. Website is simple and gives great user friendly options.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Two of the appliances came to me damaged. The trucking company loaded them in my garage so that I could not see the damage. Discovered it in a few hours and called. One of the boxes had a dent and was not obvious. The other one had a big gouge. I still have the dishwasher in my garage waiting to have it picked up. Won't do this again. Too much waiting for service.

When I notified the company and sent a picture, they said they could not do anything for me because I should have opened the box within 24 hours. I asked if they sold scratch and dent items, and their response was no. My suggestion is to be sure to check the applicance for paint chips or scratches immediately and report any problems within 24 hours.
