First time I wished the warranty info was easier to navigate to. How can I confirm that my order went smoothly & that I received my order and marked as a happy costumer when we just started the process. Seems dubious and underhanded.

I did a lot of price checking. This was the easiest and most convenient.
I also appreciated being able to print the specs.
There was one item that took quite a while. I had to arrange to have someone there. A call to confirm a delivery date would have been appreciated. Overall it worked out.

The whole process was first class from beginning ton end. Best prices and a great GE 10 package and GE front load washer and dryers work fabulously.

It is a little early to rate you and my shopping experience until I receive the merchandise and test it out to make sure everything is okay. The real proof will be if I have a problem and how it is resolved. I hope to never find out.

The U-line outdoor refrigerator I received has a problem with the door I contacted U-line per your instructions and they were to send me a part that I needed to correct the problem. That was a full week ago and I am now in the process of contacting them again to get the problem resolved. If and when I get the part I have to contact another party to fix the problem. I thought I was buying a quality part from a great company and I still do not have a working product. My original order was on June 4 and I am tired of waiting to get my outdoor kitchen put back in working order.

I received my appliances in a very timely manner which was great and they were at a great cost! A few things that were not so great was the chat customer service representative when I realized the delivery truck would be a full size semi and that they wouldn't be able to make it up my drive way I had a few questions regarding if I were to cancel my purchase and they were rude. My husband and I had to leave work early to pick up a trailer and load the 4 appliances our selves. If we didn't have our own dolly we would of had to leave the new appliances along the side of the road to go get one. Also, My GE french door refrigerator main board had to be replaced after 3 weeks of owning the appliance but I can deal with replacing a $100 part due to all the savings I received on all the appliances as long as it is not a reoccurring issue. Overall, my purchase was worth it but I do feel customer service could be enhanced and think it is important to stress that a semi is the only form of delivery for those who are like me and do not have room for a semi to turn around.

The reason that we chose this company was that they offer extremely great prices on complete kitchen sets plus they have very fast free shipping and the Courier Service was great as well. We had no issues whatsoever. I recommend them to anyone and I'm sure that I will use them again when the time comes
