Purchasing process was very easy

I like the price!

I like the price! Just wished the I could of got a French door refrigerator for that price. The delivery company never made contact before they delivered. That was the only problem. Other than that I'm extremely happy

Price was great and the order process was easy. Although the first shipment was damaged when it arrived, Tammi Kopel in customer service was a great help getting it returned and sending out a new freezer quickly. The Freezer arrived today and looked good. I would definitely order from US Appliance again. Thanks Derek

Easy site that is user friendly

Easy site that is user friendly. Excellent prices for quality products. The 3 week delivery for large appliances is too long. One week should be the goal & 2 weeks as worst case.
The only problem I had was with the delivery to my house. The company that US Appliance used was R+L Carriers. They delivered from US Appliance to the Baltimore area & then another company(VMW Express) made the delivery to my house. The driver was without any helper/assistant & when he tried to back into my driveway he ran over my mailbox & broke the 4"x4" post at ground level. VMW Express compensated me for the cost of replacing the mailbox & post. Neither US Appliance nor R+L Carriers would take responsibility for the problem. They only stated that I needed to notify VMW Express & I had no documents that stated VMW Express was the company that delivered the product. R+L Carriers gave me that information as soon as I notified them of the problem.

My only complaint was that you only offer curbside delivery. We live on the second floor and we had to hire somebody to bring it up to us. It would have been courteous to offer delivery services to your door, including apartment door.

Website is easy and products seem very reasonably priced. However I ran into quite a few issues. The stove was delivered damaged twice, and the third delivery never got scheduled, when I rescheduled for the fourth time I specifically asked if it could be delivered that Saturday before 2pm because I had plans and they confirmed. It was not delivered until almost 6pm. I did receive $50 off but that barely covered dinner with my family for one night, let alone the two weeks we waited for the stove to be delivered.

Both Franco in sales and Tammi in in Customer Service were excellent. US Appliance prices on the Blue Star range, Miele dishwasher and Kitchenaid refrigerator were unbeatable after days of comparable shopping on line. I live in a not easily accessible location so I source online when shopping which is often. My advice to anyone reading this beware of online vendors that do not link third party reviews of their business! Chances are you will be dealing with a call center which

All of us know the focused service we get when during the sales transaction, but then there is the order fulfillment, timely delivery and product condition when received. This is when you will find out what kind of company you are dealing with and

US Appliance has clearly demonstrated this commitment to me. I believed that I had ordered a Blue Star 36" sealed burner range which was shipped and received in the agreed did time frame. I did a cursory in spection but did not completely unpack it pending installation in the kitchen which was being remodeled. One month later when the range was unpacked I found that I had received an open burner range. I immediately called Franco the salesman at Us Applance and told him my problem. During the order for whatever reason our wires had become crossed. My notes which I saved showed the sealed burner range and correct serial numbers but the order confirmation number US Appliance emailed showed the open burner serial. I should have caught this. So, I bare some responsibility for the problem but Franco never took that direction. He simply said that they wanted wanted me to be satisfied. He arranged a replacement order and turned me over to Tammi who arranged the logistics turn return the range I had received.

Everything went smoothly. The sealed burner is installed working beautifully. Franco, Tammi and US Appliance the company they work for are standup people! Five Stars across the board from me.
