Everything arrived in good condition. Delivery time was about 3 weeks which was fine since it was clearly stated on the web site. Did pay extra for delivery in a smaller truck so it would be able to get into my service alley. Driver was nice and rolled everything into my garage. Would buy from them again.
I will have to be honest and say I haven't removed the appliances from their original packaging. We are still working on the kitchen and haven't reached the point of installing them. So far our experience has been great. Easy to purchase, great price, and timely delivery.

I'm am, after using this washer completely satisfied with its operation and have decided to buy Speed Queen products again and recommend to others. The shipping company is at fault for the damage. They stacked something very heavy on top of the washer causing the damage. The container box was not strong enough to safeguard my washer. Suggest this is a problem to be rectified. I'm elated with my washer but not the damage the shipping company caused. Also, it is very important to read all the words and instructions on the box itself. You can easily cut at the bottom of the box to lift the entire box off the washer and thus making it easier to ship back if necessary. One more comment to make. This washer is all metal even the underside. That is a plus when you consider varmints who can get inside to chew things up.
