This is the first time I actually bought an appliances online and at first it was good nice transaction but on the end i had a terrible experience nov. 6 black friday price 2199 then on nov. 25 the price went down to 1999, but guys wont price match it. Horrible.

This is not the first time I used US Appliance. On two other occassions I have placed order and both times were good experiences. The rear legs on the Whirlpool stackable unit did not operate properly and the serviceman acted as if he didn't want to be there. He beat on the unit with a hammer and told me to be careful when I moved it. He left the unit laying in the middle of the kitchen. With the help of my helper we stood the unit up and placed it in the closet only to see that the same problem persisted. It just so happened that the serviceman was still out side in his van. He came back in and beat on the unit again and told me to be careful when I move it. A week later when I installed the vent the same problem persisted. By now I am becoming VERY agitated. Two days later they sent the same serviceman. This time, it was evident that someone had given him a strong talking to. This time he spent the necessary time to repair it properly. 'I think'. Maybe I will try another brand next time
Received LG washer and dryer in less than a week. Appliances came in perfect condition. Didn't pay tax or delivery. Saved $300.

I believe the price for an appliance that has been put in the cart should be honored while the customer seeks to add more appliances. The fact that the price for the dishwasher was changed ($100 difference) is likely the reason I will be hesitant to recommend the website to others.
The delivery time for major appliances is also lacking. It would greater value to be able to choose an expedited shipping time option.

Good so far. Looking forward to receiving my new appliances. Thank you. The refrigerator & microwave came though in great condition.The microwave was loose on top of the range & had crushed the range box damaging the top right control panel & the supports on the range. However, it was not dented, just pieces bent. I spent a couple hrs taking it apart straightening out the sheet metal bent parts without cracking the paint (I have the correct tools), and reassembling it. Now you can't even tell it was damaged & is far better than returning it or having a repair person come. Living on an island, there was more than one carrier so I don't know when it was damaged but I'm not blaming anyone. Accidents do happen no matter how careful one might be. My only suggestion would be to NOT put the microwave on top of a mostly hollow range top box. I am a happy customer & will buy from you again when the time is right. Thank you...
