So far the experience has been awesome. This has been wonderful and the appliances are so great in the box. I have not gotten the remodel completed yet so the appliances were not hooked up but they are beautiful. This is a great deal and I have already told so many people about it. Thank you! The website works well for shopping and finding a deal. The pricing was great as we got a very nice refrigerator at a huge discount and it came in without any damage and is in place and working. The promised delivery date was met but several hours later then the window of delivery. I was the last stop on the delivery in my area and instead of the delivery happening within the four hour window of 1 to 4 PM, which is a very broad window to plan around, it did not show up until after dark at around 7 PM. The person handling the delivery was nice and was able to put the refrigerator into my garage which is where I wanted to place it anyway which was lucky for us. I could not have moved the refrigerator on my own and I did not realize that instead of white gloves delivery, it was curbside delivery.
