Simple process
The whole shopping experience was great. I don't quite understand how US Appliance can sell and ship the item for the price...with no sales tax! The overall price was FAR better than what I could obtain anywhere else. I did have to wait a few weeks to receive it but the shipper was fantastic with delivery notification, called me 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could leave work, and pulled the refrigerator on a pallet jack all the way to my garage, since I live in a condo and his truck couldn't fit in the condo complex. I haven't had a chance to use the refrigerator yet, since it is going into a new home I am building and moving into in a couple of weeks. But it looks pretty! Delivered in great shape.
