I was pleased that I was contacted immediately when the package I ordered wasn't available and I was offered a better package at essentially the same price. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, both the refrigerator and the dishwasher were damaged. I sent the fridge back and got a replacement, but I didn't see the damage on the dishwasher until after it was accepted. In addition to external damage, when I ran the dishwasher for the first time, I saw that the door attachment was also damaged, which impacts how securely the door shuts. It was disappointing to have a brand new kitchen with damaged appliances, but the price point was very reasonable compared to the same packages offered in stores. And I did receive a discount on the damaged dishwasher, so there's that.
Excellent and easy
Real easy just look for a washer, and then buy it here then wait for delivery. Delivery was also super fast it arrived in just 3 maybe 4 days, This is the best way to purchase your major appliances as long as you shop or research and know what brand and model you want then come to us appliance order on line and wait till the idem shows up and yes the washing machine works perfect with zero damage.

I never thought I could afford to have beautiful matching appliances but US APPLIANCE made it possible. What you see on the web site is exactly what you will get. They were able to fill our order and ship within 2 days and delivery was simple and easy.
Unfortunately we did receive one piece that had hidden damage, but the customer service people addressed the issue quickly, effectively and even arranged to have the bad unit pickled up as quickly as the delivery.
Overall, I would say this was a VERY GOOD choice and I will be telling everyone I know to check them out.
