All were shipped in good condition. Well packed and protected.
Appliances were delivered to the curb in a timely manner, and were in good shape. I somehow missed the part about to the curb. I was a bit shocked when the driver left them in my cul-de-sac for me to figure out how to get them in the house. Great prices, great customer service and all of the connections were handled well (order, shipping, delivery scheduling, etc).

The price was cheaper than I could get it locally. Ordering was easy and everything went smoothly except for the delivery company. The delivery company gave me a delivery time of between 9-5 on a Friday. They showed up at 5:15. Once installed, I noticed the stove did have a dent on the corner of the oven door but by that time, there was nothing I could do. Other than the delivery company, all else we the well.
