After much searching, I took a chance on this website because they coul get me a hard to find appliance add-on. Fast, easy ordering(a special order l,4-6wk). It arrived at the shipping destination in 4 wks. Had a little trouble making connections for delivery, but that was a problem with the freight company. Excellent service and follow-up to make sure my items arrived.

The customer service I received from Tammi at us-applicance was nothing short of amazing. I needed to return a microwave that was damaged in shipment and all I had to do was send a few pictures of the damage and they immediately started the return. I didn't have to beg, or scream or cry. I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. I am completely sold on us-applicance. They have earned my business and I will definitely buy there again.
