1 little thing: When I removed the oven drawer there were 2 screws in the drawer. One black screw went to the heat shield above the drawer and I installed it. No idea where the the other silver screw was supposed to go.

I am extremely pleased with our experience ordering a new microwave from US-Appliance. The website was easy to navigate, we received a price that could not be even remotely matched elsewhere and the customer service was impeccable.
US-Appliance followed us through the shipping process with emails and phone calls. They even sent a follow up email about 2 weeks after delivery allowing us to change our rating. Who else does that?

Please note that you will receive your order in a 53-foot tractor-trailer if you cannot accommodate that at your address you need, you must tell us Appliance at your order that you need a smaller truck! Do not be surprised like I was when you had to haul your appliances up a hill to blocks because you did not see in Pages buried in the website about the 53-foot tractor-trailer delivery. Otherwise appliances price were excellent, even the speedy delivery was wonderful.
