Easy and efficient process to get quality products for reasonable prices. However, 2 of the four pieces were damaged upon arrival and after 2 weeks I have only received a replacement part for one of the items.

Update after receiving: The dryer was very delayed from the manufacturer and it took several weeks longer than expected, but was still here sooner than any other company (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) had estimated. Our sales consultant, Stan Cisco, was quick to respond to our update requests and was very professional and apologized for the delay.
Receiving the shipment from R and L was easy and the boxes were un-damaged. We are very satisfied with the appliances; the only dissatisfaction was the wait, of course!
Three out five appliances were damaged on receipt. I refused them, but this interfered with other scheduled services for my renovation. I also thought that when I checked out there was an option for paying more if stairs were required. They only delivered curbside, so I was stuck with major appliances in a parking lot by myself.
