The freight companies vary. Unfortunately, US Appliance used a local company that had some very bad reviews. They gave my wife a hard time about putting the shipment in the driveway... and were going to leave it on the street where it would have sat on a pallet for days outside since I was gone. They took "curbside" literally. The pallet was slightly damaged and led to slight misalignment of the doors as weight on the refrigerator I ordered was off balance. All communications with US Appliance, the order, and the price were great so this was just happenstance that the local freight company wasn't great. All in all, I would recommend using them.

I was shopping on Best Buy's website but when I chose my appliances I did not realize I had been routed to US-Appliance.com. I am a widow and live alone and was expecting my appliances to be delivered, the old ones removed and the new ones installed which Best Buy would have done. I had no idea they would be drop shipped. Had I known I was not on Best Buy's site I would not have ordered. It was difficult for me to get someone to come and help me get the old ones out and the new ones installed. I am happy with the product but disappointed in the delivery method. Perhaps there should be some mention of the shipping arrangements on your website.

This has been an overall extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Miele Dishwasher G4977 during the Memorial Day sale, but the order was delayed 6 weeks, with a string of excuses like "we had to send it back because of damage" and "this is not our fault, we have to wait for Miele to ship this item", I can understand a few weeks delay but 6? Meanwhile my credit card was charged at time of order placement, not when the appliance was shipped. When it finally arrived, the box was badly ripped and the appliance damaged so had to be refused, at which point US-Appliance manager offered to reduce the price a couple hundred dollars (not worth it to me) or wait several more weeks for the item to ship again from Germany. No thanks, I cancelled and got a refund, and ordered from another company (which delivered the next week), and who told me that US-Appliance had been offering no tax on shipping to my state after a law went into effect last April that tax must be charged. Only positive was the customer svc rep Scott who was helpful and courteous but could only defer to his management, who did not seem very caring.

So far, my shopping experience has been great. The only suggestion I have is to add a section of what other customers have bought along with the item that they're looking at. In my case additional options may include replacement/additional water filters.

I ordered this GE washer and dryer combo

I ordered this GE washer and dryer combo. Took about 2 weeks to arrive. The dryer arrived with a crack on the side (the delivery guy told us about it on delivery). I did not make a big deal of it.
In terms of the appliances themselves, they are neat and of great quality. So far, so good. Appliances install easily if you follow the instructions, although you might need a hand if you are light-weight and not able to haul them by yourself. The things I did not like:
A) the prices of these appliances dropped by about $40 within a week after I ordered them. I requested for a price match from US-Appliance, but was told nope. Since the items were already shipped, they could not price match. This I found disappointing.
B) The dryer arrived with a significant crack to the side as I noted above and also without a power cord, which I had to purchase separately. The same goes with the washer's connecting pipes. I therefore ended up purchasing close to $30 worth of items just to set up the appliances. Again, not cool.

Best price we could find, beat the big box stores sale price by a bunch! Scheduled delivery was two weeks faster than the big box stores.
Arrived on time in great condition by Fed Ex Freight, the guys wheeled the frig into my garage. I moved it into the house by myself with the use of an appliance dolly. Hook up the water line and plug it in, too easy!
I'll use US -Appliance again!

The LG Frig is a nice addition to our remodeled kitchen.

Local company forgot to send my order and being late a day was a huge inconvenience. My Maytag fridge has plastic on plastic sliding drawers and they stick like crazy! Very cheap construction for such a high end fridge.Disappointed!

You didn't have the Kitchen Aid range in stock so I had to wait a rather long time, but due to no fault of yours. And it was totally worth the wait. I've never been happier than I was to get home from work to see this beautiful range installed and waiting for me - wow, it's absolutely gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition.
