Love the price not to happy with delivery time took 1 week to get out the door then took another 2 weeks to get to me. I could have walked to Michigan and back to Ct in less time. Even though it was free shipping should have given the option to send with another shipping co. I tracked the package it seem to be sitting for a long time in limbo because they gave me a delivery date that was 2 weeks from pickup from you. Sat in my ct warehouse for 4 days before it went on a truck to me. 1hr away. I am still happy with everything else just wanted to let you know the process. Thanks.

Unfortunately, 1 week after installation I'm receiving an E24 code on my Bosch dishwasher. Since the drain and filter are clear and the lines are open, free and unobstructed, this indicates that the pump needs to be replaced! I pre-wash and have not even placed dirty dishes in it yet, so I'm quite disappointed in the unit I purchased.

This is my second order this year with US Appliance and while the box packaging was terribly beat up torn and taped up, the appliance appears to be in tack.
It would be helpful that an tighter window of delivery time be given. My item was in the front of the trailer, indicating we were going to be near the end of the time window.
A call on that would have been appropriated.

Very easy to order from your company. Looking forward to receiving my order. I received my washer a couple of weeks after ordered. The local company RAC took 3 days to deliver which wouldn't have been bad but I was told each day it was going to be deliver by noon. That was inconvenient to wait each day and never be called to cancel. I'm enjoying my washer, it is great!
To this point, my shopping experience has been satisfactory. There was no mention that there is not a power cord included. Very disappointing!

Received the appliance in very reasonable time - 2 months is very good from my experience. Package came in as good a condition as possible. No mars, scrapes, punched holes, etc. Well-packaged. I have not hooked it up yet but it appears in perfect condition. Looks great! I will recommend your company and great service to others. Very pleased!
