I they work well for me. I have young skin so maybe not much is needed of them. But anyway, good products. Makes my skin feel nice and smooth especially after a night clubbing. Thank you.
I am in love with urban decay! They have so many different unique eyeshadow shades to choose froM it's hard to pick one! They're unique in color, opacity, stay power, designs from glitter, shimmer, duo-chrome which are two colors in one when you move in lighting, to matte m, everyone will find something from urban decay that will become a staple to their daily makeup regimen.
I had a problem with one of my orders, called in immediately when they opened, was told it was fine and they would fix it when it arrived since it had gone through processing, and to call back. I called back and was told they didn't have any notes on the account and wouldn't honor the previous reps promises, even though they were recorded. I then asked for a supervisor, placing 17 calls to their office and 2 to their corporate office, asking for ANY supervisor to call me back. This was at the beginning of June, still never received a callback. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank and have the whole transaction reversed. The only time their service is good is if you do NOT have ANY product issues. They don't fix any of them. Buyer beware!
Bought some sparkly eyeshadows, they are the most beautiful ones I ever had. Already planning to order one more as a present to my friend. I'm sure she'll love it
My brother is studying in US and somehow I need to discover this brand for him. This is such a good brand for make-up & cosmetics all together. He just glad with all the product. Thanks for being there

I usually, don't write a review in regard to products that I purchase for my wife. This experience with Urban Decay has been absolutely horrible. The customer service was unbearable, the fact that their customer service representatives have no information or the ability to assist you is a joke. I place my order on June 12,2020. They cancelled my order on June 15,2020 saying I cancelled it. I called on the 16,2020. They then stated that it was cancelled due to my address and would not refund my money for 30 days. They said I used a Bank. I actually used PayPal. I asked for a supervisor know one was available. They said they would call back, they never did. I have called back again and now they are saying I cancelled the order, then it was PayPal cancelled the order. Still can not get a supervisor on the phone. The wait time is been hours long. Do not buy any products from Urban Decay. They are not prepared at this time to handle the current working situation and do not have the platform in place to actually get orders out in a timely manner.
Be careful with your online orders, if there is a problem and you send them a message you never hear back. I ordered online over a month ago. Got a notification that my order was shipped and it has now been three weeks and still nothing. Finally got a hold of someone and have been told that the shipping label was printed but never shipped, even though I was given a delivery date of 5-27-2020 which never came, and the delivery date was changed to still calculating. They tried to claim that it was a UPS problem and error even though she clearly said that the label was printed but never shipped. There are some serious problems when it comes to this company. And wanting to point fingers and not just take accountability. Sad part, I was so excited for this product that I will never get. Never ordering anything from them again. I will just get my make up elsewhere and tell all my friends of all the problems that I have been having as well. They will be getting their make up elsewhere too. Thanks for the worse experience I have ever had with online ordering. Katie with Customer Service was ZERO help and told me it would take 30 days for my refund. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
I bought thsi set. What I liek most of all is green color. The look is so natural with these pensils. Cool!

Since I started suing their products I literary changed. Good makeup makes you feel so powerful and confident that everything becomes possible. I really wish everyone would try these products!

Their cosmetic is absolutely fantastic! Whatever is in it just makes my face sooooo clear! I would not recommend the night masks just because for my skin type they have been way too heavy and I start breaking out. But hey, if you are looking for high-quality facial products, then that is the place for you!
