A lot of things in this collection are geared to a younger customer, but there are two products I consider must haves. The first one is an eye shadow called "Space Cowboy" it is glittery without being over the top, you can even wear it during it the day. It is essentially sheer, so you can apply it over any color eyeshadow for a little glam. It also looks good by itself with no eyeliner, especially when wearing a darker lip.
The other product is their anti aging eyeshadow primer. Most eyeshadow primers dry out the lid so your product doesn't set into your crease or smear, but they do this by creating a dry surface. That's the opposite of what I want, because my eyelids are not oily. I really only use this with a cream shadow formula.

I placed my first Urban Decay order a little less than a month ago and I have placed about an order a week since then! I'm obsessed. I've always liked makeup but I was never an every day makeup wearer until I discovered UD. I don't leave the house now without makeup and it's all because of UD. The ordering process is easy, you can choose to reload on the products on your chosen schedule, they will send you free samples and if you order over $50 or sign up for the reload program your order ships free. I placed an order yesterday and it shipped today and will be here Tuesday. Not bad at all considering cosmetics cannot be shipped overnight because they are considered ORM-D products. I love the beautiful purple tissue paper the cosmetics come packed in and the actual product packaging is beautiful on every single item I've purchased. I have definitely become what is known as a UD'er. I highly, highly recommend Urban Decay cosmetics to anyone. They are so worth the extra little bit of money that you will spend. They are high quality and also made in the U.S. and does not test on animals. Also, if you are into buying vegan cosmetics they have a great selection of those as well.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Urban Decay! I never have worn such awesome makeup! I have ordered by phone---great, friendly sales people, and I've ordered online. They always send you a little sample of one of their products --which is fantastic! I get my items within 3-5 days--even if ordered on a Sat or Sunday with standard shipping. Very quick delivery. Yes, the makeup is pricey, but soooo worth it. You will definitely become addicted to their products. The makeup stays on ALL day--no running or smudges. I don't know what else to say except I'll never buy any other brand again except UD.

Urban Decay is well known for its high(er) quality make-up with popular eye shadows and eye liners. I bought some stuff to try during their sale, their prices were really good on sale and at the time of review, they had free shipping over a certain amount (I think it was $50). The package was shipped very timely and arrived very quickly. It was packaged well. One of the eye liners was in a ziplock bag instead of the original box but it didn't look used. The rest were well packaged. There was an option to chose USPS priority or UPS Ground which I find helpful since for me, USPS is more convenient and comes earlier. Overall, I am impressed with their service and products!

After some credit card misshaps they sent me my package where I was so frantic in opening it.
To say the least I was not very impressed. All the packaging was horrible, the plastic container where the lip gloss had come in, was broken and twisted as if someone had trouble for taking it off. The glittery powder was EVERYWHERE.
I don't know if I will order from here again.

Dunno what the fuss is about urban decay make up so spent $50 to get free shipping. I can't comment on the quality of my product because I've yet to receive it. I purchased my items on august 19th and i received an email on the 28th that it was FINALLY packaged and has been shipped. WTF urban decay you've been here for 15 years now and it takes your near 10 days to package something? I've received stuff from urban outfitters and last saturday and i ordered my items five days later than at urban decay. It receives a 3 star for probably good products and sales are no joke pricings range from $1~30 ish nearly over half price for many items but shipping is $#*!! Is it becaues its free?

I don't know customer service but i seriously wanted to complain.

I can't believe Urban Decay doesn't have any reviews yet! I love this site! I am completely in love with their 24/7 eyeliner. I always make sure to have the silver and the turquoise colors. I used to buy the pack of 5 mini 24/7 pencils but they discontinued it :( which sucks because I always restocked when I ran out of that. Now they have the duo's which I've been snatching up frequently.

I LOVE Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes too. With names like "Feminine", "Dangerous", "Fun", and "Rollergirl" (my favorite right now), there's something for everyone. They even sell Vegan make up!

I also love the Book of Shadows, and their Lip Love honey infused lipgloss. I can't get enough of Urban Decay. I know I sound like an advertisement right now but I don't care lol. They're friggen awesome.

Also never had any problems with customer service or receiving orders on time. I will continue to order from here and you should too!
