The one star is only there because you need to put something in, do not trust this company. The price isn't always as it seems like they advertise and there are hidden charges. I purchased a bike with what I thought was free shipping but turns out their no hidden charges policy is false. I got an email a day or two after purchasing asking for money to coverage the shipping because they made a mistake. Instead of taking ownership for this mistake, when I declined to pay more they cancelled the order. Not a company I would ever do business with, if you are thinking of using them just be careful.

Fast delivery and amazing communication. There was a delay due to the port congestions, but that's a worldwide issue, and upzy handled it quickly and sent personal emails to me to keep me updated. Thanks for that, not a lot of companies will do that. Will be buying more stuff from you guys soon this christmas!

I was looking really hard for the specific go-kart that I wanted, and Upzy by far had the best prices and friendliest customer service. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important it is to make a customer feel comfortable with an online purchase, and Upzy deserves a lot of props for that. For my daughter's birthday, I ordered a scooter from Upzy.com. It arrived on time and in good condition. I was a little confused about the size, but it was fine, and the scooter is also attractive. My daughter is impressed with her scooter. The customer support is outstanding. They treat their customers with dignity. They often make appropriate recommendations when it comes to selecting the appropriate items. This is something I strongly suggest.

I've been scouring the Internet trying to find the perfect direct vent fireplace for my living room, and came across Upzy. They have a lot of stuff and models, but once you narrow it down to certain categories it was fairly easy to navigate. I had tons of questions on liners and decorative stones, but was patiently pointed in the right direction each time. Finally, got an Empire model that I'm over the moon with! My living room is now complete. Thanks Upzy for your patience in answering all my questions and for having the fireplace promptly delivered.

Very pleased with the pacific hand crank bicycle! Not many places sell this, but after doing some research decided to purchase it with a coupon code. Very easy to get this up and running. Quality frame and tires. I was pumping my arms and riding this around with ease (even went in some mud). My one recommendation is to do a little bit of research before deciding this is the right type of hand bicycle for you. For how much it costs it's a great investment.

Upzy rocks! They are honest in dealing with their customers, and they seem to have the lowest prices out there (for go-karts anyway, since that's what I got). They prefer emailing (their email responses are fast), however if you do call them and you can't manage to reach anybody, they'll always call you back. I got an electric kart for my daughter and she loves it! Will come back again in the future
