They took my money and didn't send the part I ordered they are a scam artist from start to finish for sure
The one star is only there because you need to put something in, do not trust this company. The price isn't always as it seems like they advertise and there are hidden charges. I purchased a bike with what I thought was free shipping but turns out their no hidden charges policy is false. I got an email a day or two after purchasing asking for money to coverage the shipping because they made a mistake. Instead of taking ownership for this mistake, when I declined to pay more they cancelled the order. Not a company I would ever do business with, if you are thinking of using them just be careful.
I bought Two ford and one jeeps from wayfair,the company was Moderno kids, i serch moderno kids and see te vendor ten bouht cars. Very good kids cars to drive, 2seater ride on car ever. I sugest you will see my experience and buy a kids car from moderno kids.

I had an great experience with upzy. Had to get a dirt bike delivered before christmas for my son, and it came early! I will definitely be doing my christmas shopping again with upzy! This is after a terrible experience on another site where something was in stock but actually wasn't. Nice to know that a "mom and pop" shop like upzy really cares about its customers!

I got a fireplace from upzy and the whole process from start to finish was easy. The only thing i would improve upon was the delivery time, it took about 2 weeks to deliver to me. Besides that, i had no problems with shopping here and i would recommend it to others

Upzy is one of those rare companies that actually are available after the sale. I bought a scooter from them and had to deal with warranty issues afterward, and they helped me with the manufacturer during the entire warranty process. I would recommend them over and over again!

I bought this only because they said if I wasn't completely satisfied, they could send me a return authorization and they had a 15 day return window. Approx 3 days after I got it, I notified them I was not completely satisfied. So now they are saying if I want to return it, they are demanding I pay for shipping (outgoing - to me!), and return shipping, plus a 15% restocking fee. This is their buyer's remorse return policy. They are cryptic when answering emails, plus delay in answering. I haven't had a response for a few days now. It seems their strategy is to let the 15 days expire and then tell me no refund because I didn't get it back to them on time. I imagine it would cost $150 to return it, which is a little more than a third the cost of the scooter. This is not a company I would suggest doing business with. I have never even heard of a company demand I pay the original cost to ship it when they offer free shipping!
I only got on it once so I could determine whether or not I was satisfied. Three strides in and my hip broke. Scooter was in perfect condition. They demanded I send them pictures. I did. Not a spec of dust on it. Box when I got it though was all mutilated. How could I know if I was satisfied when it was still in the box! These people are a bunch of liars and absolutely horrific to deal with. I'm surprised they are still in business. Any positive reviews here must be fake

Fast delivery and amazing communication. There was a delay due to the port congestions, but that's a worldwide issue, and upzy handled it quickly and sent personal emails to me to keep me updated. Thanks for that, not a lot of companies will do that. Will be buying more stuff from you guys soon this christmas!

We bought our empire fireplace from upzy as they had the best prices, and they responded to an email 10 minutes after i sent it. I think the responsiveness of staff is a great indicator of how your purchase will go. I was pleased when our fireplace came with all the related accessories in 8 days time, which is great for an item of this size and with the recent covid delays. Thanks to the entire upzy team, our living room looks amazing now
I was looking really hard for the specific go-kart that I wanted, and Upzy by far had the best prices and friendliest customer service. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important it is to make a customer feel comfortable with an online purchase, and Upzy deserves a lot of props for that. Delivery was easy and assembly was a little complicated, but managed to put together the darn thing. Thanks guys!
