Upzy rocks! They are honest in dealing with their customers, and they seem to have the lowest prices out there (for go-karts anyway, since that's what I got). They prefer emailing (their email responses are fast), however if you do call them and you can't manage to reach anybody, they'll always call you back. I got an electric kart for my daughter and she loves it! Will come back again in the future
Tip for consumers:
send them an email, they reply fast unlike a lot of companies out there that don't even answer their emails
