My experience with this purchase was positive (I have yet to set up the desk itself). Luis was awesomeee. I so appreciated their help with the extra touches my order required. I had a follow-up question about t-shirt sizing (obviously not super important) and Luis even got approval to send one out to me at no extra cost. Truly regardless of the t-shirt, I sincerely appreciated Luis's time and help with helping us feel supported with a big purchase during a stressful time (moving, painting, etc). Just received shipping Saturday via FedEx... super fast delivery once order was finalized and processed. I was concerned about some dents and punctures on the boxing, but the interior protection was awesome and protected the products just fine.
I have a desk from them but something on it broke recently. I was very worried about calling customer service bc I was afraid they wouldn't be helpful. However, from the moment the rep answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. The reps name was Steven. I was greeted so warmly, and then he really took the time to help me explore solutions to my issue. I was impressed with his knowledge of the uplift product line and his personalized suggestions. After I unplugged one of the connections on my UPLIFT Desk and then plugged it firmly back in again, the desk failed to respond to the up and down controls. No response. I emailed UPLIFT's Customer Service
Department explaining my problem and asking for help. Julian Lanza replied with an email detailing the steps that I needed to take to restore the function buttons. I followed his instructions, and was successful in putting the desk back on track. I am very grateful to have it functioning normally once more! This kind of customer service makes me happy. It was SO helpful.

I ordered the Uplift 4-Leg 80" x 30" Black Bamboo desk.
I originally received the desk with a crack in the desktop, possibly due to shipping conditions. However, this was not a problem as customer support was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. Britney from customer service helped me make a warranty claim and get a new desk top shipped out quickly. They were able to resolve my situation promptly so I could move forward with building my desk.
As for the desk itself, it feels very high quality and sturdy. I was hesitant at first to get a adjustable desk because I had carpet flooring but it is extremely sturdy with no wobble. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and everything is laid out in a simple format with extra notes on things to be careful of. The additional wire management tools they provide has been very helpful in keeping my workspace clean. The lift system is easy to use and gives you the ability to have memory settings.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the Uplift desk quality as well as their customer service. It is very likely I will order additional desks in the future for another workstation and for other family members.

I ordered a file cabinet to match my Uplift standing desk and it arrived damaged - the back corner was badly dented. I called Uplift's customer service mid-day, and was surprised to not only have a very short wait, but then provided with really excellent customer service from Steven B, who stayed on the phone with me as I uploaded the photos of the damaged box and file cabinet, and swiftly resolved the issue by sending a replacement which I desperately need! I'm really pleased with the company standing by their products damaged during shipping.

I purchased a desk from Uplift at the start of COVID. My first interaction with them was very good. The 1st desktop I purchased was a bit too small. I called them up and they made it super simple to exchange for a larger size.
A few years later, I needed 3 Monitor arms for various sized monitors. I knew Uplift made them and wanted to give them the opportunity to earn my business again. And of course they knocked it out of the park for a second time! I had a bunch of questions and my Customer Service agent Avalon was a pleasure to work with! She was incredibly friendly, and very prompt!
Because of employees like her, I will continue to purchase from Uplift. If you are thinking about buying a desk or desk accessories from a different company I would encourage you to consider Uplift.
This is my second desk purchase from Uplift. I have worked remotely for ten years, and love the one I have, but needed a smaller one due to having less space. I had some questions on dimensions and attachments so I used the chat feature-- believe it or not, you go straight to a human being, within a few seconds. Avalon was the rep who chatted and helped me and she was fantastic. Answered my questions quickly and clearly and was very personable. Didn't feel like a "sales" process at all, she felt more like a consultant and made the process easy. Highly recommend. :)
I was ecstatic for my UPLIFT Desk and it only took an hour to complete. Sadly FedEx dropped my desk platform and I had to reach out to uplift customer service to replace it, which they were more than kind to do! I would definitely buy a future desk from uplift.

I had purchased a 48" live edge pheasantwood desk and after building the desk we decided that it was slightly too small so we initiated an exchange. Long story short, I went through TWO faulty exchanges with the new 60" tops being damaged. They appeared faded and washed out in comparison to the 48" top I received. The entire process took over a month to short out as I went back and forth with Anthony and Harper. Needless to say, they and their team were able to successfully help me get a perfect condition top (albeit it was in the 60" saman variation) after numerous attempts. Both Anthony and Harper were great stewards and genuinely seemed to care. So much so that I'm here shouting them both out. My initial outreach to customer support was terrible. I forgot the gentleman's name but it was god awful. He was dismissive, rude, and did not want to help me so I'm very grateful that Anthony and Harper were able to step in. Because of them y'all have secured a life long customer and your products are top notch.
My original 48" desk wasn't enough for my artistic and school related needs so I needed to upgrade to a bigger desk. I liked the idea of a standing desk and after doing loads of research, I ultimately decided to go with the 60x30 Uplift Desk (Walnut top, White C-frame). It came with like 6 free accessories and in a total of 3 packages. The desktop came in a bit damaged (see images) but everything else came in perfect condition. I contacted customer support about the desktop, and an agent named Danielle Breed responded. She was very quick and helpful and offered me 3 options for reimbursement. Set up process was simple but I do not recommend doing it alone because its pretty heavy. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I'm very glad the customer support is very good.
