I purchased 7 cable sleeves in n effort to hide cords in my office. These sleeves didn't perform the job as I needed and so I asked to return them. They told me no, since I bought more than 4, they have a policy to not allow a return of more than 4. Have you ever heard of anything like this before? Since this was my first experience with them, I gave them a 1 star.

I purchased a desk and when the product arrived unfortunately the table top was broken. I called uplift and was assisted by Julian Lanza who provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions and immediately shipped a replacement. Can't wait to have my office officially set up!
I had ordered Uplift dual monitor arms for my at-home workspace, but there was an issue with one of the pieces when it arrived. Danielle Breed got back to me in just a few hours after I submitted a contact request through Uplift's site, and I cannot understate how incredibly helpful she was! She was able to elevate my message to the warranty team and followed up with them (and me) to get a replacement piece sent my way. The entire time, Danielle was so sweet and understanding. The whole situation was resolved in just a few days. I have not had as good a customer service experience in years. Thank you! Also-- the monitor arms (now securely attached to my desk) are amazing!

We purchased 3 of the L-Shape 1" Thick Carbonized Bamboo Desktops with the Standard Hight Adjustable Leg. The desks are amazing, We love them so much. The issues we are having is associated with the Bamboo Portion of the desks. The desktop scratches, dents and cracks extremely easy. I don't know what the other desktops are like but the bamboo is not great. I recommend the uplift desks, but I would steer clear of the bamboo desktop.
Just wanted to comment on the great customer service I received prior to the purchase of a standing desk frame from Uplift. I had been doing tons of research on standing desks and Samantha Cobb assisted in making that decision even easier for me based on the help she was able to provide prior to narrowing down the multitude of options I was considering. I got a nice note back from her even after I thanked her for her help and, I have to say, I actually really love shopping with companies that understand and value the customer experience so completely. She made the buying process easier and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her positive and helpful attitude. Really excited for my new standing desk to arrive now too which I have been wanting to get for a long time!

Uplift provided me with excellent customer server! I got 1 desktop that got damaged during shipping. Then I contacted their customer service. They shipped me 1 more for free. Then it's damaged again. Then the customer service staff Danielle Breed helped to switch to fedex pallet shipping. Danielle also helped to replace the white frames I ordered to black ones. She is very patient, professional and really went out of the way to help me! Very happy with the customer service!
I ordered a standing desk from uplift. I put it all together and at the end noticed that there was a scratch on the desktop which shouldn't be there given it's brand new. I reached out to customer support and was connected with Danielle Breed who assisted me. She gave me several potential options to rectify the problem and was extremely quick to respond. Luckily a friend had an Uplift desk top he and his wife weren't using, but it needed legs. Opened a chat customer service call with Uplift and the representative, Kris Rodriguez, was able to quickly and efficiently (links included) provide me with the answers I needed (including availability and potential shipping times from their warehouse). I appreciated the short wait time to chat with someone and the ability to have an actual person answering my questions. Made the process easy and I got the information I needed to make the purchase to support the desk top I already had.

UpliftDesk really supports the customer. In filling out my order I had an overflow of questions, from the size and functioning of an L-shaped desk to the color of a cup holder. Sales associate Avalon Myst Reese walked with me through whole process with tireless patience, never pushing me or sounding like she wanted me to hurry up, and explaining each item in detail. I felt her understanding support, and she made herself readily available.
